Hello,
I have come across an error while loading meteorological input (I have uploaded the file in here). I set the start line on 2, type Default for missing values 9999, change input data format Time to hh:mm and leave the rest.
Then I tick the Date, Time, Air Temp., Rel. Humid., Wind Velocity, Wind Direction and Cloud Cover and click OK.
When the loading bar is almost filled, it gives me windows of a crash report. It says:
Value -9999 is not a valid value of argument Value. The value of Value must be in range 'Minimum' to 'Maximum'. After clicking on send report it crashes again and whole program is down. But when I click on cancel, the window attached here as Error.png appears (the buttons below are Interrupt, Repeat and Ignore respectively).

Do you know where the problem is?
