hello everyone
I've installed the shp_to_obs plugin in Qgis but i got a recurent error when l lunch the plugin anyone can figure out what's the problem.

Ps: I'm using Qgis 3.4.0-Medera version and the ShpToObs 1.1.3 version. Here is the error as shown in the error panel:
