HELLO EVERYONE
I want to know step by step procedure for finding out PET for outdoor thermal comfort,illustration would be better.
Another doubt do I require Diffuse radiation and direct radiation data seperately for calculation of PET. Is it possible to calculate PET with global radiation data only?
