first of all, please skip step 8. Just hit Monochrome and fill the holes. Then hit Monochrome again and you're good to go.

Please further remove Lat / Long and altitude from your datafile. Only read variable input from the file!

As you can see from the lat lon section in the main form, the applications location setting is incompatible. Please check this thread
