Dear Dominik i hae installed Sky Helios but the folder "SkyHelios_20180830" after extraction shows ClimateSkyModel.exe without the icon suggested and ClimateSkyModel (without extension ".exe") with the icon suggested in the manual. On running the program with icon a window opens with a message "welcome to sky helios" blank screen
but further it gives a db ClimateSkyModel 1.5.6816.20372 crashed :
'general' button reads - "Unable to load DLL 'SQLite.Interop.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E) "version 1.5.6816.20372"

Dear Dominik I had seen the link. I have copied SQlite.interop.dll and zlib1.dll both from lib folder to the main SkyHelios folder ( it is the main extracted folder, i guess) restarted the system ( my system DELL VOSTRO 3550, Windows 7, 4 gb ram)
Same db with crash message appears. Hope u can suggest sth else. Regards,
Dear Dominik Glad to let you know that installation is successful and I am entering deeper waters now with the help of The Manual. Only after your last prompt I re-probed my processes (even on another higher end systems) to find that I had copied the environment files but had not run them. though one vcredist_arm still denies installation (incompatible with win32-my system) but Sky Helios windows is started. Don't know if it will pose problems ahead ! Thank you so much for your kind response.
Hereby I seek your permission to write you a mail for some other crucial request, hope you don't mind permitting me. Regards,
'vcredist_arm' sounds like something targeting CPUs with ARM architecture. SkyHelios, however, is compiled for x86_64 CPUs. This also perfectly agrees to the error message thrown (incompatible with win32-my system). When is this error thrown? And where died you get that 'vcredist_arm' installer from? Anyway, you are definitely not going to need that for SkyHelios!
I see. The page the link points to does try to auto-detect tha system calling it. If this is an arm device, it will provide the arm version, that is useless to usual desktop computers or laptops. Please make sure you download the x64 version in that case.
