I am working on a study of the relationship between urban form and outdoor thermal comfort. I have a question about the PET calculation. Now, I got the related microclimate data, including the Ta(air temperature), RH(relative humidity), WS(wind speed), Tmrt(mean radiant temperature), as well as the personal data, clothing, activity and geographic data. Are these input data enough for PET calculation? Is the obstacle file necessary to upload?
