I am writing to you to seek your help with RAYMAN pro. I have previously used RAYMAN 1.2 which gave me output when I just used a data file with air temperature, relative humidity and wind speed. However, now since I have measured values of G I tried to input them in the data file and tried on RAYMAN pro. I get a blank output or 9999.
I also tried another method by entering air temperature, humidity, windspeed and mean radiant temperature, but I continue to get the same result. I have been using the correct format in the input data file.

RAYMAN pro however in my case is giving an output only when I use parameters such as air temperature, humidity and wind speed only.
For your information may I add that in doing the same I have added a location manually.

Shall be grateful if you could help me solve this problem.
